Terms & Conditions

1. Booking, Payment, and Cancellations

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the time and date.
Remaining balances are due on or before the scheduled service date.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be received at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may incur additional fees and loss of deposit.

Studio rental reservations are subject to separate rental terms.

2. Studio Rental Policies

By renting our studio space, you agree to the following:

You are responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests, participants, and vendors.
You agree to return the studio and equipment in the same condition in which it was provided.
Any damages, cleaning fees, or lost items will be billed to the renter.
Unauthorized activities including dangerous behavior, illegal substance use, or harassment will result in immediate removal without refund.

Content Studio Lab assumes no responsibility for personal property brought into the studio.

3. Professional Conduct and Safety

Clients and guests must follow all communicated instructions, policies, and safety protocols. Content Studio Lab may terminate a session at any time if conduct poses a risk to persons or property. Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All materials created by Content Studio Lab are subject to licensing terms specified in your service agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Content Studio Lab is not responsible for any accidental injuries, lost property, data breaches outside our control, business losses, or indirect damages.
Client participation is voluntary and at their own risk.

In no event shall Content Studio Lab’s liability exceed the fees paid for services rendered.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Content Studio Lab and its owners, contractors, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Misuse of the studio or equipment
Violations of these terms
Actions of clients, guests, or third-party collaborators

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes must be resolved in a state or federal court located within Illinois jurisdiction.
