What exactly is a Content Shoot?
A Content Shoot is a focused half day session where our professional video team comes to your location to capture authentic social media video content for your business. We film, direct, edit, and deliver everything. You just show up.

Who will be on my video team?
Every Content Shoot is led by Azizi Marshall with a professional crew selected based on your brief, goals, and location.

Who owns the videos after delivery?
Once full payment is received you receive complete usage rights for commercial, internal, and marketing purposes. By default Content Studio Lab may feature selected work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.

Where are you available?
We currently serve Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan, with the majority of our services in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs including Downers Grove, Naperville, Oak Brook, Schaumburg, Evanston, Oak Park, Joliet, and Aurora. Travel outside these areas is available for select projects. Contact us to discuss.

What types of content do you capture?
We specialize in social media video content including employee stories, action shots of your team at work, trending dance routines, customer testimonials, executive interviews, culture content, product and service showcases, and nonprofit and fundraising videos. We capture content that tells your brand story and kicks ass on social media.

What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your shoot and are subject to crew availability. You may reschedule once at no cost. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.

What if I need revisions?
One round of standard revisions are included. If you need additional edits beyond the agreed scope, we will work with you to find the right solution at a fair additional cost.

What equipment do you use?
We bring professional grade content creation equipment, including iPhone video, lighting, and audio to every Content Shoot. You do not need to provide anything.

What are your payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your shoot date. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery of your final edited content.

How does the booking process work?
Book a call using the link below. We learn about your goals, your team, and your timeline. We send a tailored package based on your needs. You confirm and secure your date with a deposit. We handle everything from there.

Do you shoot on location only or do you offer studio shoots?
We primarily shoot on location at your business. Studio shoots are available for select projects. Contact us to discuss our pro studio shoots.

Do you offer ongoing content packages or retainer options?
Yes! Most of our ongoing social media production clients started with a Content Shoot. We would love to have that conversation with you. Use the link below to book a call.

Can you provide content at our company event?
Yes. We can capture social media content at your corporate event including behind the scenes moments, team highlights, and brand activations. We are content creators not traditional event videographers so our focus is always on social media ready content that performs well online.

Can I review the content before final delivery?
Yes. We share a preview before final delivery so you can request any adjustments before receiving your final files.

Can I reschedule my shoot?
Yes. Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance are accommodated once at no cost subject to crew availability.

Are your prices fixed or customizable?
Every Content Shoot is scoped based on your specific goals and needs. We do not believe in one size fits all pricing. Prices range from $800-$3,800 based on length of shoot, requested number of content creators, location, and additional edits. Book a call and we will build the right package for you.

Are standard edits included?
Yes. Standard edits are included in every Content Shoot package. Advanced work such as animation, motion graphics, or additional versions can be added at an extra cost.
